The Pineview Terrace partnership completed the acquisition of Arbors on Wintergreen. The transaction recapitalized the original investors and enabled Whitney Capital Company to facilitate the exit of select Pineview Terrace investors while admitting new investors into Arbors on Wintergreen at a market-based valuation.
