Andrew Granville, Senior Financial Analyst at Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C., is responsible for underwriting and sourcing potential multi-family acquisitions for the firm. Mr. Granville also assists with One Site accounting, mortgage servicing, online banking, investor distributions and property management operations as needed.

Prior to joining Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C., Mr. Granville worked for Whitney Management Corp as a property manager at Riverhead Landing and as a Junior Supervisor asset managing over 700 rental units of New York State senior affordable housing. His duties included hiring property managers, interviewing potential maintenance staff, training on-site team members, and assisting in state audit preparations.

Mr. Granville graduated from Georgetown University with a dual major in finance and international business and a minor in German. He is a licensed New York State real estate broker and a certified LIHTC specialist.
