Samantha Munson, Asset Manager at Whitney Capital Company, LLC (“WCC”) is responsible for asset management across the firm’s real estate portfolio. She focuses on executing firm-wide and asset-level business plans and CAPEX projects, monitoring operating performance, optimizing financial results, as well as driving long-term value creation across WCC’s affiliated multifamily investments. Additionally, she supports the sourcing and underwriting of acquisitions and development opportunities and contributes to investor relations initiatives. Ms. Munson currently holds partnership interests in 9 WCC affiliated multifamily properties totaling 942 units.

Prior to joining Whitney Capital Company, Ms. Munson served as a Senior Analyst at Raymond James in the Asset Manager Services Research group and as an Equity Trading Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Global Markets division.

Ms. Munson graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance with a minor in Theology. She is a Certified Tax Credit Specialist through the National Center for Housing Management and holds FINRA licenses, including the Series 7, Series 57, and Series 63.
