On November 1, 2019 the principals of Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C. acquired Haven at Highland Knolls Apartments, a 139 unit mid-rise apartment property in Katy, Texas, a suburb of Houston. The acquisition was financed by CMBS originated by Morgan Stanley and 1031 equity. Whitney Management Corp. will manage the apartment community.

On July 29, 2019 the principals of Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C. acquired Oaks at Northpointe Apartments, a 246 unit garden style apartment property in Tomball, Texas, a northern suburb of Houston. The acquisition was financed by Fannie Mae originated by Jones Lang LaSalle and 1031 equity. Whitney Management Corp. will manage the apartment community.

On July 17, 2019 the principals of Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C. closed the sale of Cedar Creek Village Apartments, a 250 unit garden style apartment community in McKinney, Texas. The apartment property was originally acquired in 2000.

On June 6, 2019 the principals of Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C. closed the sale of the Renaissance Apartments, a 242 unit high-rise apartment community in Memphis, Tennessee. The apartment property was originally acquired in 1993.
