On October 18, 2018, Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C. refinanced Hunt Park Apartments, a 60-unit senior affordable community in Winston-Salem, NC with a Freddie Mac loan originated by Bellwether Capital Enterprises.

Acquired an affiliate of Boston Financial Investment Managements limited partner interest in Arbors on Wintergreen a 180-unit mid-rise elevator senior affordable apartment property located in Desoto, Texas.

On February 15, 2018, the principals of Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C. acquired Kingsway Apartments, a 28-unit garden-style affordable apartment property located in King, NC. The acquisition was financed with a Paragon Bank loan and internal equity. Whitney Management Corp. will manage the property.

Acquired National Equity Fund’s limited partner interest in Meridian Stratford Place Apartments a 60-unit mid-rise elevator senior affordable community in East Lansing, Michigan.
