On March 11, 2016, the principals of Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C. acquired Bonner Highlands Apartments (Phase I), a 48 unit affordable housing property in Bonner Springs, KS originally built in 1999. The acquisition was financed by Pulaski Bank and investor equity.
