On December 31, 2014, Whitney Capital Company closed on the acquisition of the General Partnership interest of Arbors on Wintergreen, an existing senior affordable tax credit community in DeSoto, TX. The acquisition was financed with the assumption of the existing HUD mortgage, as well as new investor equity.

On December 19, 2014 Whitney Capital Company purchased Hunt Park Apartments, a 60 unit affordable senior tax credit community in Winston Salem, NC. The acquisition was financed with a combination of first mortgage debt from Paragon Bank and investor equity.

On July 15, 2014, Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C. arranged for the Woodbridge at Farmingdale I general partner investors to purchase 100% of the investor limited partnership interest. The general partnership interest was acquired by a Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C. affiliate in 2007. #WoodbridgeatFarmingdaleApartments

On July 15, 2014, Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C. arranged for the Woodbridge at Hampton Bays general partner investors to purchase 100% of the investor limited partnership interest. The general partnership interest was purchased by a Whitney Capital Company, L.L.C. affiliate in 2007.
